What a review costs, and what changes the figure
Prices below are starting points in Georgian lari, quoted for work agreed from the Tbilisi desk. They are not a menu you can tap. The figure moves with the number of feeds, the number of source systems, and whether we must sit with logs that cannot leave your floor.
Nothing here is a monthly product fee. You pay for a briefing, a recap, a chart set, or a watch period.
Starting figures
| Work | Starting figure | What moves it |
|---|---|---|
| Pipeline health review | From 4 800 GEL | Feeds in the family, source systems, on-site log reading |
| Incident recap sheet | From 1 600 GEL | Length of the night, number of jobs in the sequence |
| Operational charting | From 2 400 GEL per set | Sheet count, wall size, Tbilisi install |
| Standing health watch | From 1 900 GEL per month | Cadence, extra feeds added after the first review |
A review that covers two or three tightly bound extracts sitting on one warehouse load often lands near the starting figure. A family that pulls from five sources, with dead-letter piles in three places, will not.
What the figure includes
Intake, the observation window as agreed, drafting in atlas marks, one ninety-minute walkthrough, and the filed folio (paper plus file). Tbilisi travel for that walkthrough is included. A second walkthrough, if the crew could not sit the first hour, is billed as extra time.
What it does not include
Rewriting jobs. Night staffing. Licences. Hotels outside Tbilisi. Translation of the folio into a language other than English — ask if you need Georgian on the wall charts; that is a separate line.
Deposits
We ask for forty percent to hold the observation window. The rest is due when the folio is filed, or when you accept the recap sheet. Charting commissions take the same split: deposit at sketch approval, remainder at install or dispatch.
How to get a number for your family
Write with the pipeline name, a count of feeds, and whether logs may leave the building. We answer with a range, not a theatrical discount. If the family is still undefined, the first letter will say so — we will not invent a price for a mystery.
