How this desk holds what you send
Data Streambase Analytics, Level 7, 29 Melikishvili Street, Tbilisi 0179, is the controller of personal data collected through this site and through briefing work. Write to info@data-streambase.digital or call +995 32 555 7470.
What we collect
From the contact form and from letters: name, email, the briefing you named, optional pipeline name, optional walkthrough date, and the message. From engagements: operator names you choose to share, log excerpts that may contain identifiers, and walkthrough attendance. From the site itself: the cookie preference described in the cookie notice, and ordinary server records such as the time a page was requested.
We do not ask for production passwords, payment card numbers, or special-category data. Please do not send them.
Why we hold it
To answer a request, to quote, to draw the folio, to walk it, to invoice, and to meet Georgian bookkeeping and legal duties. The legal grounds are the steps needed before a contract, performance of the engagement, our legitimate interest in running a briefing desk, and duties the law of Georgia places on us.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become work are kept up to eighteen months. Filed folios and the logs needed to defend them are kept twelve months after the engagement ends, longer if a standing watch is still running or if a dispute or tax rule requires it. Invoices follow Georgian accounting periods. Cookie preference is stored in your browser until you clear it.
Who else sees it
Analysts at this desk. An accountant or lawyer if an invoice or dispute needs them. A host that stores this static site and the mailbox for info@data-streambase.digital. We do not sell names. We do not use your night logs to advertise.
International transfers
Some mail or hosting may sit outside Georgia. Where that happens, we rely on contractual clauses and on the fact that a static site and a mailbox are ordinary tools of a Tbilisi desk. If a log set cannot leave Georgia, say so in the first letter and we will sit with it here.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or erase what we hold, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to take a copy in a portable form where the law of Georgia (and, where it applies, European data law) gives you that right. You may complain to Georgia’s Personal Data Protection Service. These rights are not a way to demand we un-file a folio that other people in your firm still use; we will explain what we can change.
Children
This desk does not offer briefings to children and does not knowingly collect their data.
